I am so happy to have found this gift in a jar that you’ve created. I have a friend who is limited on what she can eat. She can’t have boullion, canned/carton chicken stock (due to added ingredients)or regular pasta. I decided that in addition to the gift jar, that I’m mailing, I will include Kettle & Fire Beef Bone Broth and a type of pasta that she can eat (brown rice elbow pasta). I know she will appreciate this a great deal. The gift of comfort & love without getting horrible side effects! I’m thrilled!! Thank you for sharing this!

Comment on I tried 16:8 intermittent fasting… This is what happened by Sinea https://www.salads4lunch.com/weight-loss/my-intermittent-fasting-results/#comment-17558 https://www.salads4lunch.com/?p=39991#comment-17558 This is super encouraging! Thanks for sharing. I lost weight at the rate of about 1 – 3 pounds a week when I was doing 16-8. It worked so well! That was maybe 4 years ago. I had some healthy issues (not at all related to this way of eating) that made it necessary to eat more often and the whole thing went kablooey! I am now at the place where I believe I can begin again and I just needed the nudge that your post gave me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have a small one but I use my oven air fryer more. I’ve cooked these eggs for almost 12 minutes, they don’t look pretty but boy are they good!

Yes, it happens quite often.
It’s ok, the questions help me to work harder to anticipate what may be asked so that I can keep improving.

I had to make little plops onto the pan. Hopefully after they’re refrigerated they’ll be firmer so I can actually eat them.

If you put plastic wrap directly on top of the salad (touching it) it will preventt the avocado from oxidizing which is what causes it to turn brown.
